What happens if a worker fails or "falls" during the VR assessment?
The simulation safely but impact fully shows the direct consequence of the mistake (e.g., a fall due to damaged gear or a scaffold collapse). This creates a powerful psychological learning moment. The trainee can then immediately restart the module to correct their mistake, ensuring they learn the right way to survive.
Does this course replace standard classroom OSHA training?
This course is designed to complement and elevate standard OSHA training. While classroom sessions teach the rules, this VR course tests the application of those rules, proving whether a worker can actually execute fall protection skills under realistic field conditions.
Can we track exactly what mistakes a worker made during the high-rise simulation?
Yes. The system generates a detailed evaluation report for each participant. Safety managers can see exactly where a worker struggled—whether it was skipping a harness inspection, choosing a weak tie-off point, or forgetting to secure a hand tool—making it an excellent tool for compliance auditing.
